Hi guys,

Greetings to all Caribbean Limers from Soca Johnny land. I hope you are all experiencing good health. Now I have good news and a bit of bad news. Cagneys Bar have opened their doors to us again and we will be back there this Sunday. However, in three weeks time Cagneys will be closing. We thus have three more Sundays to fete Caribbean Lime style in Cagneys.

Now this Sunday 1st Oct, we celebrate yours truly, Soca Johnny’s birthday fete. We are gonna fete true Caribbean Lime style with our DJs Tyrone, Supa D, Kappacinno and Remie. All who have been know how we do, and know that these next few weeks are not to be missed. Now this is the first of our last 3 nights in Cagneys so you know we gonna make the most of it. We gonna fete till at least 1am, drink, be merry and go out in style. That is Cagneys Bar, 67 Wornington Road, London W10 5QJ

We then have 2 more weeks left, which I will update you on next week. Anyway, please remember that on Sunday 15th October, we have our farewell Cagneys fete.
We also want all to rest assured that we are working hard to find a new venue for The Caribbean Lime and will do everything thing in our power to get it back up and running as soon as is realistically possible.


We would also like you to join us on November 18th @ Players Club in East London as we celebrate Dominica’s 28th year of Independence in true Dominican style. On the night, we have performances from Dominica’s finest Nayee and Skinny. For those who don’t know, these guys are the lead singers from the notorious WCK band (Skinny Banton has now left the band). This band is notorious for creating the ‘bouyon’ style of music and Nayee and Skinny are notorious for their hype creating skills on the stage where they literally make you ‘jump until you can’t jump no more’. On the night there will also be UK support from yours truly ‘Soca Johnny’ and ‘why you hornin me’ Remo. See attached flyer for more info. We have 2 free tickets to give away to 2 lucky Limers. Simply tell us what WCK, the band Nayee & Skinny are from stands for. (please note, winners have to be Cagneys regulars)
